I am a shiny leaved evergreen perennial shrub that produces lovely blooms in the spring. After blooming, I produce the most beautiful red berries. And let me tell you, I am a feast for the birds. I am low maintenance and do not need a regular trim. But, if you do like formal shrubs, I will tolerate regular pruning.
