Whorled Milkweed (Asclepias verticillata)

I bloom best in full sun to part shade.

I have average water needs.

Size:    1-3 ft tall x 1 ft wide

Bloom Time: Spring and Summer

I am a small but pretty little native milkweed. My greenish white blooms and leaves are small, but still attractive to the monarchs. The best way to keep me in your garden is to let me reseed after blooming. I do have average water needs so plant me at the base of your birdbath or where the water pools after a hard rain. I am the most toxic of the milkweeds.
