Slender beardtongue is an extremely tough, drought tolerant wildflower. Its little blooms will delight you and the bees. Occasionally, the hummingbirds will stop by for a feast. It performs best in dry sandy soils and is a great alternative to the northern Foxgloves. Plant it at the front of your wildflower bed so it can be seen and enjoyed!
