Wild Poinsettia (Euphorbia cyathophora)

Full Sun to Part Shade

Low to Average Water Needs

Size:      2-3 ft tall, 1-2 ft wide

Bloom Time: Spring, Summer, Fall

Sometimes called Paintedleaf, this delicate native flower blooms throughout the year until it goes dormant in the winter. The flowers are a favorite of bees and butterflies, and the seeds are attractive to morning doves. You may find that it readily self seeds in a home landscape, but is easy to pull if it wanders beyond it’s boundaries. It is definitely a worthwhile plant for the pollinator enthusiasts.
