The little Bahama strongbark is a lovely evergreen shrub with lacy white blooms. Its delicate blooms draw in the hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees. Following the blooms are small orange berries that are attractive to many birds. It is commonly found in disturbed well draining areas. It is not freeze tolerant, so plant it where it will be protected if in a freeze zone. It is listed as an endangered species in Florida.
