Elephant's Foot (​Elephantopus elatus)

This is a low-growing wildflower for meadows and wildflower gardens. It gets its name from the flat leaves that resemble an elephant's foot. Although winter dormant, it does bloom on and off throughout the spring, summer, and fall. This is a great plant for low maintenance gardeners and is adaptable to many different moisture levels and light conditions.
