This is a lovely low growing wildflower for meadows and wildflower gardens. It gets it’s name from the flat leaves that resemble and elephants foot. Although winter dormant, it does bloom on an off throughout the spring, summer, and fall. This is a great plant for low maintenance gardeners and is adaptable to many different moisture levels and light conditions.
